about

This album was recorded on August 11 2023 at the old bookstore "igno... book plus", and is a reconstruction of music I improvised during the reading performance. The performance lasted nearly two hours in total, so it was redundant as music to listen to and used a lot of the same repetitions. So I had to do a lot of work to compile it into an album, deleting and rearranging it to make it about 60 minutes long. So you cannot call this album "fully improvised music. However, since the actual performance was improvised, I would call it "semi-improvised music.

I was very disappointed when the reader said to me, "That's nice background music," about my performance that day. I did not intend to play it that way, but rather to fight against the words. It was never music that was subordinate to the words.

As usual, the title and album art have no deep meaning. I have always sucked at titles and album art, and I always do dumb things. But sometimes I can find meaning in them. So I don't think it's a waste of time for me or for the listener.
