I am using the Erica Synths Pico System III in earnest on this album. It was only this year that I started using modular synthesizers. I've already used it in several gigs and I'm finally getting the hang of it.
Both songs were first recorded as improvisations and then edited in DAW software. In the process, I overlapped previously recorded tracks, and swapped back and forth between tracks. Not only the actual performance, but also the editing process was an important part of the songwriting process.
