vykr It's not a foot tapper ... more of a head nodder; music to watch silent films to, or to conjure surrealist scenarios. Favorite track: lament for films (b).

about

Once again, it's a preoccupation with old weird movies.
I was inspired by the silent era of weird movies to create this album, using two analog synthesizers and one digital synth, plus some equipment such as delays and reverbs in an improvisational way.
I was trying to make the music as slow and undulating as possible. Take a listen and see if I achieved that.

The cover image is a scene from "The Fall of the House of Usher" (1928) by James Sibley Watson and Melville Webber.
